Customising your NCR Pads

At NCR 4 Less we like to think of ourselves as a ‘one stop shop’ for all your NCR pad needs. NCR pads have a variety of names including 2 part, 3 part, duplicate, triplicate and carbonless to name a few. We offer a complete range of NCR pads with a variety of options as detailed below:

2 part NCR pads (duplicate pads) – duplicate pads are NCR pads which are made up of two sheets: the top sheet (usually white) you write on, and a bottom sheet to which information is transferred.

3 part NCR pads (triplicate pads) – the same idea as a 2 part pad, but with an extra sheet, ideal when 2 copies are needed for such uses as invoices, delivery notes etc.

4 part NCR pads – less frequently used, but available to order where 3 copies are required (usually for offices with several locations or departments).

Once you’ve decided on how many parts your NCR pad requires, NCR 4 Less offer the following customisable options:

• Bindings on any edge
• The colour and order of the paper included in the pads.
• Each sheet can match or be printed different across parts.
• Each sheet can be printed in single colour, two colours or 4 colour (full colour).
• The sheets can be printed on one or both sides (ideally for T&Cs).
• Sequential numbering can be included.
• Sheets can be perforated.
• Supply your own artwork or ask our team to create some.
