NCR Printing

What is NCR Printing?

NCR (no carbon required) or carbonless forms, have eliminated the need for carbon paper between sheets to create multiple copies of the same form.

NCR forms have lots of uses with some of the most common being invoices, statements, purchase orders, contracts, work orders, applications and receipts where multiple copies are needed for customers, sales people, accounting, agents, mechanics, workers, etc.

What NCR products do you offer?

We offer 3 products: Sets, Pads and Books, which can be customised to suit your needs.

Sets
Individual sheets are glued in to sets. These sets remain as individuals, to be filled out and then the sheets separated to use as you wish.

Pads
Individual sets are glued in to pads, in 50 or 100 sets per pad. These can be filled in and then all sheets of the current set used can be removed to use as you wish.

Books
Individual sets are bound into stapled books with spine tape in 50 or 100 sets. These can be filled in and one or more sheets are perforated to be removed and one or more sheets are not perforated and so remain fast in the book.

Ordering

How do I order from you?

The easiest way is to order online. Choose a product, specify your options and receive an instant price. Checkout, upload artwork if necessary and pay using our secure online payment partners Barclaycard or PayPal and receive notification of your order.

Will I have an online account?

Yes. When placing your order you will sign up for account. This gives you a login, password and the option to view your current and previous orders.

Billing & Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner Barclaycard. We also take payment through PayPal or PayPal accounts. All payments are secure and all data is stored, created and destroyed in the appropriate manner.

Do you offer credit accounts?

We only accept payment in advance for all our NCR work.

How will I be invoiced/receive paperwork?

Order confirmations and updates will be received by email. Copy invoices will be generated and will be sent by our accounts team.

Artwork Guidelines

What file types do you accept?

We accept print-ready PDF files, created to the correct size (see our Artwork Guidelines page). Should you have another format or large file, please contact us to discuss the best option.

Can you design my artwork?

Of course! Please choose the ‘Artworking Required’ dropdown in the spec and outline details in your order comments, via email or over the phone. We charge £20 for all artwork that requires creating.

Will I get a proof?

Electronic PDF proofs will be provided on all jobs requiring us to produce artwork. We will not proceed with the job until this has been signed off. PDF proofs of artwork supplied jobs can be requested in the order specification. We do not provide printed proofs

Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to all UK mainland addresses is free. Ireland and the islands of the UK will be charged at a £15 flat rate. We do not ship internationally.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Our current lead-time is approx. 7 working days. (This may differ dependant on your shipping location or type of job.) This timescale will begin after approval of any artwork and once payment has cleared. Should you require any quicker turnaround, please contact us.

Your Order

How will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered by our chosen courier service, DPD (incorporating Interlink).

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Please contact our team. If you have entered a telephone number at the shipping stage, you may receive a text from the courier with further details.
